Coronavirus Pandemic Information

In light of the current global situation with COVID-19, I wanted to share with you ESM FEROLIE’S plans to ensure business continuity and the safety of our employees and communities. Our top priorities continue to be the health and well-being of our employees, as well as the mitigation of potential service disruptions to our clients, and customers.

Our physical offices will be closed to visitors, but our employees WILL BE WORKING. As a service oriented company, we have natural resilience and processes in place to continue to deliver on all aspects of our business — including headquarter and retail sales, marketing, funds administration, and customer service. Our operations and data processing facilities are designed and deployed in multiple, regionally distributed markets. At this time, we do not anticipate any impact to our ability to continue to render services to our clients and customers.

Our company has a remote capable workforce with teams distributed across the Eastern U.S. and nationally with our partners in BeaconUnited and CA FORTUNE. Given the current global situation with COVID-19, we have implemented a work-from-home policy to promote the health and safety of our employees, their families and our communities.

We are in constant communication with our staff, customers, clients and cloud service providers — closely monitoring the situation and evaluating our policies as it evolves. As the situation develops about ESM FEROLIE’S business contingency planning, updated information will be available on our website: https://www.esmferolie.com. Please do not hesitate to contact your sales manager or our support team with questions or concerns, or send an email to businesscontinuity@esmferolie.com.
